As a renowned crane provider in Singapore, Jenmon was awarded by Hydez to supply and install 1 unit of 3.2 ton Underslung Crane.

Due to space constraint, installing the crane was slightly problematic. However, our team of Designers and Managers came up with the best solution to maximise the working envelope.

Due to space constraint, installing the crane was slightly problematic. However, our team of Designers and Managers came up with the best solution to maximise the working envelope. The Underslung Crane concept was thus recommended. This design eliminated the need for runway support columns, allowing the customer to enjoy more working space on the production floor. As a result, the overall workflow could proceed efficiently.

The design was supported with detailed calculations in accordance to FEM/DIN standards, as well as our local SS497 standards.
