CKR Contracts Services Pte Ltd – Temporary Occupation License (TOL) Project

In late 2020, Building and Construction Authority (BCA) leased CKR Contracts Services Pte Ltd a Temporary Occupation License (TOL) for a plot of land with a purpose of storing precast components, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), for HDB projects.

Prefabrication of components ensures consistent components quality and the construction of flats to be built in a more efficient way. Moreover, it reduces on-site labour. Overall increasing productivity and decreasing the cost.

Jenmon has been a close crane supplier of CKR Contracts Services Pte Ltd for many years, from its Sungei Kadut Headquarters cum Warehouse establishment to the supply of cranes and aftersales services. Thus, Jenmon is pleased to be awarded by CKR Contracts Services Pte Ltd for the design, supply, deliver, install, test and commission 2 units of 20t double girder gantry cranes, 1 unit of 25t double girder gantry crane and 5 units of 40t double girder gantry cranes at 22 Seletar North Link.
