Obayashi Singapore Private Limited – Tengah Garden District (HDB)

Under Housing & Development Board (HDB) contract PO-HDB011, Obayashi Singapore Private Limited engaged Jenmon for the Tengah Garden District development. Jenmon was appointed to design, supply, deliver, install, test and commission 3 units of 32-ton gantry cranes, together with 150m of rail runway across three bays.

The scope extended well beyond equipment supply. Jenmon also carried out installation, testing and commissioning; supplied and installed a load display and data logger; provided lightning protection; conducted MPI testing with PE design and endorsement; performed periodic visual inspections; delivered operator training; and continued with monthly maintenance to keep the cranes running reliably throughout the project.
